“A Estação Losango, Rádio dos Guerreiros” foi uma das estratégias encontradas para alcançar o objetivo citado acima. Sua programação é transmitida para todas as unidades da empresa. Com edições semanais, é apresentada pelos próprios funcionários e, em 2013, foi vencedor do prêmio Reconhecimento da Associação Brasileira de Recursos Humanos – ABRH/RJ.

De acordo com informações da Gerente de Comunicação Institucional da Losango, Rosângela Villa-Real, o canal existe desde 2011 e já conta com 162 edições entre programas ao vivo e pré-gravados. A rádio também é transmitida por caixas de som nas unidades e está disponível para os colaboradores escutarem quando quiserem em um portal na Internet.

O gerente da Dtcom destaca diversos pontos positivos nas estratégias da Losango com a Rádio Corporativa: “todas as quartas, antes do expediente, eles reúnem as equipes para escutarem a programação da rádio e, só depois, fazem a reunião do dia. Isto tornainevitável que os colaboradores se atentem para o conteúdo e ainda cria interação entre eles e as mensagens transmitidas”.

Pronunciamentos oficiais também são transmitidos ao vivo pela rádio da Losango, além de dicas de colaboradores que se sentem orgulhosos de participarem da programação.Campanhas são anunciadas e até gratificações especiais. “O aumento do ticket refeição, por exemplo, foi divulgado para todos os colaboradores pela rádio. Foi uma grande animação ao vivo”, conta Everson.
