Um exemplo são as visitas de técnicos especializados no cliente final, que só passam a ser necessárias em caso de falha física do roteador ou modem”, comenta o diretor.
Outra solução que a NEC apresentará no Futurecom e que tem como foco atender às companhias operadoras de telefonia móvel é o TMS (Traffic Management Solution – Solução de Gerenciamento de Tráfego).
